We are currently seeking a Senior Appian Developer for a full-time, remote position supporting the Department of Labor (DOL)
Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Appian professional with hands-on experience in Appian development and familiarity with APPTEON. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting or working with federal workforce systems, particularly the Workforce Integrated Performance System (WIPS).
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using the Appian platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business solutions within APPTEON environments
- Support data integration, workflow automation, and system enhancements
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Ensure data accuracy, validation, and exception handling within system processes
- Contribute to system improvements aligned with federal workforce program requirements
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Appian development
- Experience working within APPTEON environments
- Knowledge of or experience with WIPS (Workforce Integrated Performance System)
- Strong understanding of data integration and workflow automation
- Experience supporting federal or government workforce systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with DOL reporting systems and ETA reporting processes
- Ability to aggregate and transform raw data into meaningful reports
- Experience in interface development, data validation, and exception handling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Additional Information
- Candidates with prior experience supporting federal workforce initiatives are highly preferred
- Ability to work independently and deliver within tight timelines
