You will join a Discovery Team focused on exploring new product opportunities and turning the most promising ones into features that ship to millions of users. You’ll work end-to-end: noticing opportunities, shaping solutions with Product and Design, implementing features, and delivering them to production.

Furthermore, you’ll move fast in a backend-driven, experiment-heavy environment — making thoughtful trade-offs to maintain code quality while still delivering at pace. You’ll also maintain and improve existing functionality, and contribute to evolving how we design, build, and ship features on iOS.

About the project:

Our iOS app is modularized and built for rapid iteration and experimentation. 

We use a design system, server-driven UI in key flows, and real-time WebSocket interactions — including complex features like chat. We are data-driven: many features A/B tested, so we monitor usage, performance, and outcomes to understand what works and decide what to scale.

With overlapping experiments and backend-driven behavior, the app evolves constantly — so the work is less about “just implementing” and more about designing clarity into complexity and ensuring the system evolves intentionally as we learn.

Stack & Tools:

• Swift, Swift Concurrency, UIKit, SwiftUI, SPM, Tuist.
  

Architecture:

• Modular MVC with Routing/Buses, backend-driven logic (feature flags, remote configs, server-driven UI).
  

Networking & Data:

• REST APIs, WebSockets, and caching/performance strategies for content-heavy experiences.
  

Security:

• SSL pinning, secure storage practices, and obfuscation.
  

Testing:

• Unit tests (XCTest), integration tests at module boundaries.
  

We’ll have a match if you:

• Are an experienced iOS engineer with a strong foundation in architecture, modularization, and client–server interaction.
• Have excellent judgment in balancing delivery speed with long-term maintainability.
• Have a driver mindset — you push things forward, ask questions early, and don’t wait for direction.
• Are curious and continuously learning, keeping up with modern iOS practices and using AI tools to enhance your workflow.
• Care about user experience and product outcomes, not just implementation details.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across functions.
