Your project: AdConnect. It is a business that specializes in building communication platforms, as well as SaaS solutions for traffic management and increasing user retention. Our project portfolio includes: web products in the social discovery, advertising network, SaaS solution for user retention. Our products have millions of users from all over the world – North and South America, Europe, Australia, and the list of markets is constantly growing. 

You will: 

• Design and improve the entire user experience — from acquisition funnel to retention and monetization. 

• Generate product hypotheses based on analytics, user behavior, and market research, and push them into the product backlog. 

• Design A/B tests, analyze results, and make data-driven design decisions. 

• Use AI tools daily — for research, ideation, prototyping, content generation, and accelerating every stage of the design process. 

• Research the market, competitors, and trends — turning insights into actionable product improvements. 

• Build and maintain the product design system from scratch. 

• Improve the marketing funnel — from ad creatives (Meta/Google) to landing pages, onboarding, and first conversion. 

• Collaborate with the creative production team to increase the effectiveness of ad creatives. 

• Deliver clear specs and maintain smooth communication with the engineering team. 

We’ll have a match if you: 

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, primarily with web platforms (mobile-first). 

• Deep understanding of UX — you design for user behavior and business outcomes, not just aesthetics. 

• AI-native workflow — you actively use AI for prototyping, research, copywriting, image generation, and design exploration. It's not a nice-to-have, it's how you work. 

• Hands-on experience with product analytics (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Tableau, or similar) and A/B testing. 

• Experience building or maintaining a design system. 

• Figma as your primary tool — advanced level. 

• Ability to work autonomously — prioritize, make decisions, and ship without micromanagement. 

• Strong communication skills — you keep engineering unblocked and challenge PMs with better solutions.

Will be an advantage: 

• Experience in dating, subscription, or credit-based products. 

• Understanding of the 40+ audience specifics — accessibility, behavioral patterns, motivation. 

• Experience with performance marketing creatives for Meta/Google. 

• Portfolio with confirmed impact on product or business metrics. 

• You can demonstrate how AI has changed your design process — speed, quality, or both.
