You will:
- Contribute to the development and optimization of ML models for content moderation and customer support automation.
- Fine-tune and evaluate existing NLP and classification models.
- Integrate third-party AI solutions and assist in building proprietary ones.
- Work closely with data analysts, engineers, and product managers to align AI work with real user needs.
- Support the lifecycle of AI features: from prototype to production, iterating based on feedback and metrics.
- Be part of a team building products used by over 50 million users worldwide, with millions of content pieces uploaded each month.
From you:
- Strong experience in Python development and working with APIs, data, or backend services.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with AI/ML technologies, with a strong interest in further developing expertise through practical, hands-on projects.
- Proven experience in SQL and working with large datasets, with the ability to extract insights and support data-driven decisions.
- Solid problem-solving skills and a collaborative, product-focused mindset.
- Self-starter with a sense of ownership and curiosity — you ask questions, explore solutions, and drive work forward.
- Upper-intermediate (B2+) level of English, as the majority of communication with the team and external partners is conducted in English.
Will be an advantage:
- Any practical experience or strong interest in NLP, classification, or data modeling.
- Exposure to tools like FastAPI, Docker, Airflow, or MLFlow.
- Experience with content moderation, trust & safety, or chatbot development.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Tableau, MySQL, or ClickHouse.
