Thanks to our efforts, we are always on the list of the top 5 dating apps in the USA. Hily today: 36M+ users, 1.5B+ likes sent, 50M+ matches annually.

You will:

• Scope and lead studies to understand user needs, behaviours, and motivations at various research scales: explorative, generative, evaluative.
• Work with a range of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Sythesize both raw data and prior knowledge across studies, and help define the key problems and opportunities for the team.
• Deliver clear and concise insights and help the team activate research findings.
• Plan and hold workshops and brainstorming sessions.
• Present and communicate research findings to all kinds of stakeholders, advocate for users, and hold off bias about the TA.
• Collaborate with product managers, product designers and analysts to inform product roadmap.
• Balance efficiency and product timelines with research depth and quality across multiple projects.
  

From you:

• At least 1 year of experience in conducting user research.
• Proficient/Advanced/C1 English level.
• Extensive experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods (in-depth interviewing, listening sessions, JTBD, diary studies, moderated and non-moderated usability testing, ethnographic research, concept testing, naming testing, surveys, etc).
• Background in sociology, psychology, anthropology, or other related fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to ask and answer meaningful and impactful questions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  

Will be an advantage:

• Prior experience with digital products.
• Basic understanding of statistical analysis.
• Basic understanding of branding and performance marketing.
• Confident knowledge of research theory and epistemology.
