appflame - Middle Social Media Manager (TikTok)

We do our best to understand users’ needs and shorten their path from registration to finding an ideal partner. We also work hard to make sure our users feel safe and comfortable. Thanks to our efforts, we are always on the list of the top 5 dating apps in the USA. Hily today: 36M+ users, 1.5B+ likes sent, 50M+ matches annually.

What you will do daily:

• Stay on top of pop culture and trends in the US.
• Plan and create a content calendar and produce content for our TikTok.
• Experiment with formats and topics for content, with a strong emphasis on entertaining content.
• Launch influencer collabs and support brand activations.
• Report weekly on social performance to your lead.

What we expect from you to succeed:

• Energy, curiosity, passion for US culture, and a deep dive into it.
• Live, conversational, brave English.
• 2–5 years of TikTok experience. You love TikTok. You speak TikTok. Furthermore, you breathe TikTok. Working with the US market is a plus.
• You are proficient with Adobe Express, Canva Pro, or whatever tool you use to create photo and video content and organize and set up the calendar.
• Ambitions and drive. You want to achieve and enjoy winning those views with your ideas.
• Working discipline and the ability to keep up with deadlines and processes. You have a mature working style, with no need for policing, micromanaging, or parenting.

What we don’t care about:

• Your age, gender, race, or sexual orientation. We’ll love you whatever the answers are.
• Where you live, what timezone you work in, and whether you want to work remotely or on-site. The biggest part of your team works in GMT+3, your leader works GMT-5, and we’ll figure out how to set up everything with the right candidate.
