We are seeking a proactive Partnerships Manager to join our Business Development team. This person will work on strengthening the strategic marketing and product partnerships to unlock new business opportunities. The candidate should possess excellent communication and soft skills, have experience in negotiations, be good at problem-solving, and strategic thinking. 
You will: 
• Manage onboarding and participate in negotiations with new business partners across various verticals (facilitate communication between partners and internal stakeholders, assist with paperwork and the agreement-signature process). 
• Ensure win-win negotiations and long-term partnership stability with key strategic partners (Apple, Google, Meta, TikTok, Salesforce etc.). 
• Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews with key strategic partners (Apple, Google, TikTok etc.).
• Look for new business opportunities that will support the company’s long-term and profitable growth. 
• Identify bottlenecks in cooperation between partnerships and other internal teams, and work on process improvements.  
• Arrange dedicated off-site events between the internal marketing/product teams and key strategic partners’ teams (Meta, Apple, TikTok, etc.).
• Scale partnerships impact, and expertise via integrating the automated workflows. 
We’ll have a match if you: 
• 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, account management, etc. 
• Advanced English. 
• Experience in B2B negotiations.  
• Passion to improve and organise processes around you.  
• Attention to detail and a reasonable level of perfectionism. 
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. 
• Knowledge of how to work with G-suite, Jira, Confluence. 
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Will be an advantage: 
• A degree in business administration, law, economics or finance. 
• Experience in automating workflows.
