The app ranks among the Top 5 dating apps in the U.S. by downloads and has partnerships with Doja Cat, Katy Perry, Lil Nas X, Netflix, The Ellen Show, Rolling Stone Magazine, and more. Taimi today: 31M users, 1,5M MAU, 84M+ matches annually. 

You will: 

• Work with performance content as a primary focus: create creatives for social media platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter (X), and GIPHY. 

• Work closely with a creative producer, who shapes the tasks, describes ideas, messages, and content goals — while you focus on strong visual execution. 

• Be part of a cross-functional team consisting of creative production and UA managers. Actively participate in brainstorms: generate ideas, formats, and visual approaches together with producers and UA managers. 

• Produce performance content end-to-end: from the idea and visual concept to the final creative. Work with both static design and motion graphics (video, animation, GIPHY formats, simple UGC, and social-first creatives). 

• Experiment with formats, styles, and approaches, quickly test hypotheses, and scale successful solutions. Work within brand guidelines while allowing room for creative experimentation. 

We’ll have a match if you have: 

• Portfolio of static and motion advertising creatives you are proud of. 

• 2+ years of experience in designing various types of advertisements for digital marketing. 

• Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator. 

• English level: Intermediate. 

• Understanding of design principles: basic knowledge of composition, typography, color theory, special effects, and video editing. 

• Super skills include creative thinking and results-oriented work. 

• Detail-oriented, with a high level of self-organization and time management skills. 

• Skills in working with AI tools. 

Will be an advantage: 

• Experience in creating screens for the App Store and Google Play.

• Experience with Keynote and Google Slides (Presentations).

• Experience with frame-by-frame animation.

• Basic knowledge of product design.

• Experience with sound design.
