We are looking for a strategic and visionary leader to join our team as the Head of Product. The ideal candidate is a visioner for our app, a strong performer, and a manager responsible for increasing the speed of product growth: DAU, Revenue, Retention, and Session Time metrics. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage product team to achieve product-related objectives and key results.
• Define product strategy and vision, convey its vision to the team.
• Report to CPO regarding team goal results.
• Define with the team quarterly roadmaps.
• Approve cross-team OKRs.
• Perform communication with other departments (Engineering, Marketing, Admin, Customer Success) to achieve company-wide goals.

Requirements:

Experience:

• 2+ years of Head of Product or similar positions (VP of Product or higher – e.g. CPO). B2C market products – desirable. Apps – desirable. 

Skills:

• Analytics knowledge (AB-testing, Ad Hoc analytics, Visualization, basic knowledge of ML).
• Understanding of release cycles (product and development cooperation).
• Design UI/UX culture fit.
• Basic knowledge of App Store's release process.
• Knowledge of performance marketing.
• Knowledge of customer development and marketing research practices.

Languages:

• Ukrainian (Fluent).
• English (Advanced).
