Your project: AdConnect. It is a business that specializes in building communication platforms, as well as SaaS solutions for traffic management and increasing user retention. Our project portfolio includes: web products in the social discovery, advertising network, SaaS solution for user retention. Our products have millions of users from all over the world – North and South America, Europe, Australia, and the list of markets is constantly growing.

We're searching for a passionate Facebook User Acquisition Manager to be the first in our team dedicated to social media by marketing. If you thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment, this could be the perfect role for you — with the potential to grow into a Team Lead position.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Develop and implement effective advertising strategies for highly competitive products and target markets, ensuring alignment with budgetary guidelines.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize ad performance using metrics like CPA, CPC, CPM, and ROI to maximize return on investment.
  • Conduct competitors' research, generating insights and presenting findings to stakeholders for data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and other specialists to bring your creative ideas for ads and landing pages to life.

From you:

  • A strong understanding of Facebook algorithms.
  • At least one year of experience with Facebook Ads tools.
  • Ability to analyze key metrics and work with models like CPA, CPC, CPM, CPI, and ROI.
  • Strong skills in working with spreadsheets and BI Tools.
  • Good technical skills in FB Pixel and API.
  • Experience managing >30k budgets in verticals with high competition.
  • English B2 and higher.
  • Responsibility, attention to detail, and accuracy.
  • Positive mindset and challenging spirit to push boundaries.

Will be an advantage:

  • Experience in Dating Vertical and Tier-1 markets.
  • Strong technical skills in tracking systems (Keitaro, Voluum) and their APIs.
