Your project: Taimi. It is an inclusive LGBTQ+ dating app. It is carefully designed to explore users' diverse romantic and sexual preferences. The app ranks among the Top 5 dating apps in the U.S. by downloads and has partnerships with Doja Cat, Katy Perry, Lil Nas X, Netflix, The Ellen Show, Rolling Stone Magazine, and more. Taimi today: 31M users, 1.5M MAU, 84M+ matches annually.
You will:
• Optimize business processes across teams and identify bottlenecks that impact operational efficiency
• Identify new growth opportunities in marketing and other key areas
• Build financial models and prepare analytical reports to support strategic decisions
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and benchmarking against other companies
• Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, R&D, and brand teams on various projects
• Partner closely with leadership to solve high-priority challenges that require analytical rigor and strategic thinking
• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations
• Support teams in making informed decisions through structured problem-solving and clear communication
• Bring a consulting mindset to internal operations: ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and deliver impact
We'll have a match if you:
• Have 2–6 years of experience in audit, consulting, or tax
• Progressed from junior to senior or manager level, ideally with multiple promotions or fast-track career growth
• Are highly proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large datasets and complex formulas
• Have basic SQL skills or willingness to learn quickly
• Thrive in fast-paced environments and are ready to work hard on meaningful challenges
• Are proactive, energetic, and collaborative — not passive or overly introverted
• Can communicate effectively and build relationships across teams
• Are motivated by solving real business problems, not just running reports
• Have strong English skills (written and spoken)
Will be an advantage:
• Experience in a product company or tech startup
• Familiarity with process optimization frameworks or operational analytics
