App/Cloud Support Associate Manager (Accenture LLP; Pleasanton, CA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of App/Cloud Support Associate Manager in Pleasanton, CA, and the job duties are as follows:
- Analyze, investigate trends of product issues, and define strategy/plan to implement fixes/enhancements.
- Manage staffing to align with the specific system/application/quality requirements.
- Manage stakeholder communications and provide updates on delivery performance and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with engineering or software developers to provide product feedback and create/execute action plan for improvement.
- Review system/product/application requirements and put together a plan to meet user needs.
- Establish technical documentation and strategize cross skilling for interoperability of solutions.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.
Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:
- Analyzing and troubleshooting Android, IOS and Unity issues to evaluate results and solve problems;
- Administering capability building through continuous cross skilling on cloud products and technologies;
- Administering service delivery utilizing Agile and scrum methodology;
- Collaborating with cross-geographical and cross-functional teams to meet delivery expectations and goals;
- Developing applications on Firebase and supporting the developer community by troubleshooting Firebase related issues;
- Designing and implementing enhancements for bugs in Firebase open source Software Development Kit (SDK);
- Designing and coding Android applications utilizing JavaScript and typescript languages;
- Application development and support using Android Studio, Android SDK and Android tools; and
- Creating project plans and estimates, handling project risks and issues, and providing project status to the client and internal stakeholders.
Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
