About The Role
The Enterprise Solution Executive (ESE) is a senior leadership role operating at the intersection of business strategy and technology execution. The ESE translates customer challenges into differentiated, commercially viable, innovative and robust technical solutions. Operating across the full lifecycle of business acquisition, from opportunity shaping and pre-sales through to delivery governance, the ESE aligns DXC Technology’s capabilities to unique customer needs, orchestrating stakeholders to define and deliver strategic, scalable, and secure solutions.
In an era defined by rapid AI-driven transformation, the ESE role extends beyond traditional solutioning, requiring the ability to build trust with our customers and build relationships across DXC’s organisation to continuously craft unique solutions from our organisations capabilities in line with emerging technologies, shifting business models, and varying levels of customer maturity.
Key ESE Responsibilities
Leadership, Influence & Change EnablementBuild trusted technical advisor relationships through executive-level conversations, engaging with CXOs and senior customer stakeholders to build partnerships and shape decisions
Engage and co-create with the customers, validate and shape ideas to help drive their business value and transformation journey
Translate business objectives and challenges into solution opportunities leveraging DXC’s technical capabilities
Mentor and guide solution teams in translating customer requirements into winning solutions
Navigate competing priorities and perspectives across DXC sales, delivery, solution, and customer teams, resolving conflicts constructively and maintaining momentum on complex pursuits
Understand how evolving workforce models, automation, and AI is reshaping our solutions
Contribute to the continuous evolution of differentiated market and product offerings
Apply Technical Business Management (TBM) principles to ensure technology decisions are grounded in measurable business value and cost transparency, performance, and strategic fit
Build and present business cases that clearly articulate ROI, risk, and differentiation, positioning DXC's offering, including the overarching Xponential blueprint and cloud, advisory & AI native services, for maximum customer impact
Establish frameworks to pilot new ideas, validate assumptions, and reduce innovation risk
Consider the ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) factors, factors in solution design
Prioritize the use of artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance solution quality and accelerate sales velocity
Establish lightweight frameworks for innovation validation, enabling rapid prototyping, assumption testing, and risk reduction early in the solution lifecycle
Solve customer’s complex business challenges using technology
Collaborate with sales teams to support deal origination, shape deal based on customer requirements and insights of our customers' challenges
Define scalable end-to-end solution for complex opportunities that span multiple technology domains, ensuring alignment with customer business transformation objectives, IT strategy, modern architecture principles and long-term roadmaps
Translate customer’s business objectives and challenges into solution opportunities leveraging DXC’s technical capabilities
Establish and lead architecture-driven strategies aligned to IT value chains and customer’s business outcomes
Translate vision into actionable roadmaps and manage lifecycle impacts
Demonstrate strong expertise in at least one enterprise technology domain and industry, while also understanding broader DXC offerings, market trends, and emerging technologies
Who You Are
10+ years in business or enterprise architecture, large-scale solution design, and customer-facing technical or service delivery roles with extensive experience in leading high performance teams
Must be legally authorized to work in US without requesting sponsrship now nor in the future
Experience with SaaS solutioning at an Enterprise level.
Proven experience with achieved deals from $15M USD and above.
Demonstrated experience in technology leadership across multi-million-dollar, multi-year engagements in complex enterprise environments
Demonstrated experience in pre-sales, RFP/RFI responses, and solution commercialization
Prior engagement at CXO or senior executive level in a consultative or solutioning capacity
The ability to be innovative, inclusive, collaborative and value diversity
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Experience with financial modeling, business case development, and investment prioritization in a technology context
Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF or Open Certified Architect (Open CA)
Experience with applications and technologies
Proficient understanding or Hyperscalar platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and integration strategies
Familiarity with iPaaS solutions (Boomi, Mulesoft, SAP Integration Suite, etc.)
Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) preferred
Strong understanding of API design and lifecycle management capabilities
Ability to develop and maintain technology roadmaps aligned to architectural principles, tied to business strategy and measurable outcomes
Experience in domain-specific architecture or industry solutions (e.g., Oil & Gas, Utilities, Manufacturing, Automotive, Banking & Financial Services, Retail)
TOGAF certification
Cloud-specific architect certifications

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $131,900 - $245,000.Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
