What would you do? • You will be part of the Technology for Operations team that acts as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. • The team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. • We work closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. • The Tech For Operations TFO team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model driving exceptional results Works closely with the sales offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions Major sub deals include AHO Application Hosting Operations ISMT Infrastructure Management Intelligent Automation • Automate Business Processes using Robotic Process Automation Tools (Blue Prism and Automation Anywhere) Cognitive RPA like OCR, NLP, ML AI, and API Integrations to provide automation in a process. • It includes writing code using scripting language like C, VB. • NET, Python etc. • to help in Automations. • Design architecture of automation solutions and RPA tools to design process flows, write code, and create technical documentation to provide end-to-end automation.
What are we looking for? • Primary skill - Microsoft Robotic Process Automation - P3 • As an Associate Manager, the incumbent will also lead a small team of developers and analysts, mentor junior resources, and act as a key technical advisor to stakeholders including IT infrastructure, compliance, operations, and business teams. • Design end to end Blue Prism RPA architectures for banking processes including trade settlement, KYC and AML, reconciliation, regulatory reporting, and customer onboarding. • Define and enforce Blue Prism design standards, reusable object frameworks, and coding conventions across team.
Roles and Responsibilities: • In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems. • Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures. • The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals. • Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads. • Generally interacts with peers and or management levels at a client and or within Accenture. • The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments. • Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams. • Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture. • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
