Description

LT Consulting is looking for an API developer to develop custom solutions for our clients. The role will focus on back end development using a variety of software languages.

This position is located in Northern Virginia and will require interfacing with clients, subject matter experts and IT staff.

Basic Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
Experience in one or more of the following software languages:
- Python
- SpaCy
- Spring Boot
- Java
- Angular (v14+)
- TypeScript
Strong familiarity with browser technologies
Experience implementing and configuring Nginx web proxies
Knowledge of the Gunicorn or Djanjo/FastAPI Frameworks
Familiarity with CI/CD integration for automated test execution (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Argo)
Understanding of software testing methodologies, including unit, integration, regression, and performance testing
Experience working in Agile environments using JIRA and Confluence

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
Certification in AWS, or experience with Lambda functions and Amazon's API Gateway
Experience developing and maintaining reusable test frameworks and reporting dashboards
Experience with containerized test environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
