HMT has a need for an API 510 certified Inspector to assist with performing inspections in accordance with current API standards and recommendations:
- Perform API 510 internal/external inspections per customer’s scope of work
- Maintain a positive relationship between client, facility and customer
- Properly interpret ITP’s, equipment drawings, client specifications, codes and industry standards
- Ensure that all site and HMT safety policies and procedures are being followed
Required Qualifications:
- Must have current API 510 Certification
- Minimum 3-year 510 work experience
- Must be technically competent and knowledgeable in damage mechanisms
- Must have current TWIC Card
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills
- Must be competent and thorough in report writing and recommendations
- Must have good computer skills
- Must be familiar current API codes
- Must be knowledgeable in NDE processes required for inspections and repair
- Must be able to pass DISA background and Drug Screen (hair follicle)
- Must be able to pass a FIT test and perform inspections under supplied air
