As a Product Director in  APAC Payment Rail Product team in this role you are in charge for Product  management function, product strategy and client solutioning for our global , regional and local  clients in Asia Pacific. Supporting various payments capabilities from our suite of payment rail solutions. The candidate will have exposure to various payment and receive capabilities, together with other value-added solutions that will support clients in their overall cash management needs. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Product Management and product solutioning for payment rail overall offering. 

  • Product customization and solutioning for Real time payment solution driving JPM Real time payment growth agenda. 

  • Market Requirement Owner: Manage and own Business Initiatives at regional and global level from end to end product perspective.

 Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • Minimum 10  years of experience on Payments/ Transaction Banking Space. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science or other related disciplines.

  • Ability to manage internal and external client engagement. 

  • Experience in collaborating with sales, technology, operation, service, risk, compliance and legal teams and command strong influencing skills.  

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to motivate and deliver tactical execution. Creative problem solver, capable of developing innovative and differentiated solutions. Strong presentation and communication skills with attention to detail.

  • Inclusive and Collaborative attitude that are able to navigate stakeholder.

  • Ability to navigate global stakeholder and may require to travel.
