As a Vice President, Marketing Strategy in the Global Banking team, you will lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives across Asia Pacific. You will work closely with business leaders and regional partners to design strategies and create thought leadership content that drive growth, foster collaboration, and enhance our brand in diverse markets. You will be empowered to innovate, build strong relationships, and deliver measurable results that support our business priorities.
Job responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for Global Banking across Asia Pacific, aligned with business objectives and market trends
  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns, including content creation, phased rollouts, and targeted distribution strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regional business leaders and key partners to ensure alignment and effective program delivery
  • Create thought leadership content in collaboration with business and content teams, including articles, videos, podcasts, and client materials
  • Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Partner with internal and external teams to produce high-quality marketing materials and support business growth initiatives
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports to demonstrate impact and inform future strategies
  • Coordinate marketing activities to ensure consistent messaging and brand compliance across all Asia Pacific markets
  • Support broader business initiatives and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in marketing and/or communications within corporate or investment banking or financial journalism, with a focus on Asia Pacific markets (Singapore requirement)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven expertise in digital and content marketing, including campaign management and analytics
  • Strong project management skills, with experience managing budgets and multiple concurrent projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and engage with senior executives
  • In-depth understanding of Asia Pacific market dynamics and cultural nuances
  • Experience working with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools
  • Detail-oriented, data-driven, and able to work in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
  • Knowledge of financial markets and the global economy as they relate to Asia Pacific
  • Professional qualifications from reputable training institutes or professional bodies are recognized (Hong Kong requirement)

  • Experience developing thought leadership content for financial services audiences
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance processes across multiple Asia Pacific jurisdictions
  • Advanced proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools
  • Track record of driving business growth through innovative marketing strategies
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and external partnerships
  • Ability to adapt marketing programs for local relevance and cultural sensitivity
  • Enhanced Competency Framework certifications or equivalent professional qualifications (if applicable)
