We are looking for a Field Marketing Manager to join an awesome marketing team at a high-growth B2B technology company that lives and breathes innovation! Pilot our launch into fashion, food & beverage, cosmetics, consumer electronics, and other markets, such as multi-category retailers, home furniture, and other CPG industries by developing innovative marketing campaigns, events, and content.
Responsibilities
Event, marketing resources development,communication planning, and coordination in line with the sales and marketing plan.
- Events 70%
- Understand requirements for a particular event taking into consideration local cultures
- Develop a promotion plan including identifying targets in CRM, building a list in marketing automation, and creating emails according to the operational guidelines.
- Events logistics: organize all logistical aspects including research and booking venues, catering, arranging goodies, satisfaction questionnaires, sales collaterals & pop-up stands in the local languages. Manage local suppliers while respecting budgets and deadlines.
- Coordinate with sales team, regional partners, and 3rd party vendors.
- Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems
- Evaluate the event’s success and prepare ROI reports
- Manage event leads and opps data in Pardot and Salesforce.
- Marketing Partners development 10%
- Research and onboard qualified regional marketing partners including but not limited to local media,database agency,other solution vendors like ERP for same group of customers.
- Develop regional event/campaign promotion plan with partners to generate news lead and nurturing prospect.
- Communication and PR support 10%
- Inbound campaigns: Research and create content to build scenarios in the marketing automation tool to nurture leads
- Outbound: quarterly newsletters, communication campaigns, holiday cards, etc.
- Work with the internal and external content team to develop the right content for South Asia countries: India, Aus, NZ, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, and the rest regions.
- Support PR team to interview local customers and media promotion.
- Database management 5%
- Find local vendors to build up the South Asia database.
- Upload contacts from vendors or events into Pardot and Salesforce.
- Follow up on uncontacted leads with the regional sales team.
- Enrich and clean data regularly.
- Digital marketing and others 5%
- Work with the content team to update LinkedIn posts in South Asia countries.
- Support global digital team on local digital and social campaigns
- Travel approximately 25% of the time
Requirements
- At least 7 years experience in marketing enterprise solutions to the CPG industry such as PLM/ERP/PPM/PIM/DAM or other, expertise in leads gen and funnel management with telesales and sales.
- Results oriented; ROI & metric driven.
- Experience working with vendors and managing budgets.
- Experience managing and collaborating with several departments cross-functionally.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, detail-oriented, problem solver able to manage multiple projects and meet assigned deadlines and targets – all this in a fast-paced environment.
- Autonomous with an understanding of responsibility and accountability.
- Good interpersonal communication and collaboration skills (ability to negotiate).
- Energetic and able to respond to stress in a positive way and remain calm. Not afraid of a challenge.
- Language: English
- Travel approximately 25% of the time, otherwise home office based.
