The APAC Marketing Manager role serves as the strategic marketing partner for assigned APAC markets, providing guidance and support to local marketing teams in planning, executing and optimising marketing campaigns.
This role helps strengthen campaign quality and business performance by providing strategic recommendations, facilitating cross-functional alignment, identifying optimisation opportunities, and sharing regional best practices.
This role works closely with Brand Planning / Creative, PR, Media, User Operations (CRM), Supply Chain and other cross-functional teams to ensure local campaigns are commercially effective while remaining aligned with regional brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Advisory
  • Partner with assigned local marketing teams to develop robust campaign plans that align with regional brand strategy and local business objectives
  • Act as a trusted advisor throughout campaign planning and execution, providing strategic recommendations, constructive challene and guidance to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Review campaign proposals and plans, identifying risks, gaps and opportunities for optimisation before launch
Market Performance & Optimisation:
  • Monitor campaign performance across assigned markets and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness through data-driven recommendations
  • Track market performance and proactively identify trends, opportunities and areas that might require intervention
Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Partner with regional Brand Planning / Creative, PR, Media, Supply Chain, User Operations and other functions to facilitate alignment and ensure local market needs are considered
  • Support markets in navigating cross-functional dependencies and resolving execution challenges where required
Knowledge Sharing:
  • Identify and share successful campaign strategies, innovations and learnings across APAC markets to elevate overall marketing capabilities
  • Promote consistency in campaign planning processes, measurement frameworks and marketing best practices
  • Leverage consumer insights and competitive trends to advise local teams on campaign opportunities
Performance Reporting:
  • Consolidate campaign performance across assigned markets and prepare regular business reviews highlighting key insights, trends, successes and recommendations
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to regional stakeholders and market teams
Preferred Skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment without direct reporting authority
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience interpreting campaign performance and translating insights into actionable recommendations
  • Familiarity with marketing performance metrics, consumer insights and campaign measurement frameworks
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
  • Exposure to different stages of market maturity, including both established and developing markets
  • Experience working with diverse cultural and consumer landscapes across Southeast Asia and/or North Asia
  • Background in the F&B, retail, FMCG or consumer-facing industries
  • Self-starter and team player
