Job Description
APAC Core Payment Rails is part of APAC Payment and Commerce Solution, responsible to manage core payments product solutions, billing & pricing management as well as managing the stability, resiliency and scalability of core payments processing systems. Some of the primary responsibilities include product P&L, commercialization of solutions, develop and deliver new and enhanced regional products and services, with sound scalable solution. The team is also responsible to support in defining regional strategy and drive the regional product roadmap with global and country product managers. This includes being in line with sales and service strategy, challenge the limits and boundaries of technology and operations and ensuring products and solutions delivered adhere to legal, compliance and risk partners guidelines.
As an APAC Core Payment Rails Product Analyst, you will be part of a team of Products Specialists focus on Core Payment Rails. You are responsible for supporting the senior team members in communication, coordination, evaluation and other ad hoc matters to ensure a smooth operations within the team.
Job Responsibilities

  • Support the development of APAC Core payment rails products by coordinating with regional and global partners
  • Review current offerings with Sales/Bankers to identify opportunities refinement and/or develop innovative new solutions for our target client segments
  • Support in managing P&L and performance of regional core payments rail products
  • Collaborate with technology innovation group for potential cutting edge solutions
  • Manage/Assist the team in pricing the products optimally while delivering P&L performance
  • Ensure all new and existing products are in compliance with regulations and the firm's controls standards
  • Manage an individual product portfolio and drive process & product consistency across the APAC region
  • Engage extensively with Operations, Client Service and Bankers to provide clients with best in class products and competitive advantage


Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

  • 1year experience on Payments/ Transaction Banking Space
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics or other related disciplines
  • Ability to manage internal and external client engagement.
  • Experience in collaborating with sales, technology, operation, service, risk, compliance and legal teams and command strong influencing skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to motivate and drive tactical execution. Creative problem solver, capable of developing innovative and differentiated solutions.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with a keen eye for details. Oral and written communications.


Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

  • Payment product management experience preferred
