Supply Chain Leadership job family encompasses roles responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain processes within an organization. Professionals in this field manage the flow of goods, information, and finances from suppliers to customers, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.Main Responsibilities, Activities, Duties, and Tasks- Support the integration of business operations within the APAC region by analyzing the current commercial setup and proposing improvements to enhance sales effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales excellence framework, ensuring consistency and the adoption of best practices across the organization.
- Define standard tools, processes, and guidelines for the APAC organization to drive regional alignment.
- Support the execution of the Commercial APAC strategy, ensuring it aligns with broader platform strategies. This includes identifying gaps in resources and capabilities and addressing them appropriately.
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies that align with business goals, with a focus on optimizing processes, reducing costs, and mitigating risks.
- Oversee logistics operations, including inbound and outbound transportation, distribution, and delivery performance.
- Direct inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels, minimize waste, and ensure consistent product availability.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as finance, operations, and IT to support integrated planning and execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in commercial management and supply chain functions within a regional or international environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools.
- At least 3 years of experience working in a commercial context on an international basis, particularly within the pharmaceutical or medical devices industries.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A flexible mindset and the ability to drive change and optimize organizational structures for ambitious business growth, demonstrating a high level of personal energy.

This position is primarily office-based, involving regular collaboration through meetings and digital platforms. Occasional travel within the APAC region may be required to support business integration, engage with suppliers, and provide team leadership.
