AP Supervisor
Hourly / Salary Range: $70,304 - $80,000
Why This Role MattersThe AP Supervisor keeps vendor payments accurate and on schedule, directly supporting strong vendor relationships and financial controls.
What You'll Do- Supervise daily accounts payable operations and staff performance
- Review and approve invoice coding, vendor payments, and reconciliations
- Resolve escalated vendor disputes and payment discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting procedures, and internal controls
- Partner with the Accounting Manager on process improvements and month-end close support
- 4+ years of AP experience including supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of AP processes and controls
- Proficiency with ERP/Excel
Schedule
- Monday - Friday, standard business hours
