Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team of IT professionals.
  • Project Management: Proficiency in managing projects, setting timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met on schedule.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and team members.
  • Provide operational support for enterprise applications and systems, including PLM, ERP, HRMS, workflow, management reports, and related systems.
  • Develop strategies for system redundancy and disaster recovery to maintain continuous factory operations.
  • Monitor the performance of factory systems and initiate preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in IT management and 5 years of experience in software developer
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of IT systems within the organization.
  • Manage a team of engineers and support staff, providing guidance and direction.
  • Coordinate with other departments to align IT systems with customer requirements.
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for system maintenance and development
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed
  • Report on IT system status to upper management and make recommendations for enhancements
