Key Responsibilities and Specific Accountabilities:

Objectives:
- The AP Accountant is to ensure compliance with all external statutory and legal reporting requirements.
- To prepare the internal monthly and other periodic financial and management reporting on AP area.
- To ensure accurate and timely reconciliation and preparation of all input in the Accounts Payables.
- Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of employee reimbursement review.
Measurements:
- Supplier invoices verification and booking.
- AP KPI calculation and analysis.
- AP reconciliation with suppliers.
- GRNI tracking and analysis
- Advanced payment tracking and analysis
- Expense control (MRO, Freight, Rental, Subcontract etc.).
- Expense booking and report by each cost center
- Employee reimbursement review.
· Other duties assigned by superior.
- Comply with EHS related regulation.

Education and/or Experience:
- College graduation in Accounting or Finance
Language Skills:
· Good communication skill verbal and written, both in English and Mandarin
Core Competencies
3-5 competencies to perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies.
· Knowledge of computerized accounting system and desktop software such as Excel and Words
· Ability to work across various areas of the business, including effective communication with people of different levels;
· Independent, proactive, tenacious, enthusiastic, quantitative, goal and results oriented
· Minimum 1-2 years relevant working experience
Skills Required
- College graduation in Accounting or Finance
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Knowledge of computerized accounting systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- 1-2 years of relevant working experience
