- Engage with customers to understand needs and set clear expectations for Varian product implementation.
- Foster long-term relationships through consistent, value-driven interactions.
- Coordinate training and education efforts with the Applications Director, Applications Manager, Clinical Applications Operations Manager and Resource Manager.
- Align with Sales, Project Management, and AOS teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to full product adoption.
- Manage resource allocation for entitlements and professional services.
- Forecast and identify opportunities for incremental revenue, particularly through Multi-Year Service Agreements.
- Explore and implement creative approaches to customer training and education.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing.
- Propose creative solutions to complex challenges.
- Navigate diverse customer environments with professionalism and adaptability.

- Bachelor’s degree or certification as a Radiation Therapist (RTT) or as a Medical Dosimetrist.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience at Varian.
- Clinical experience with Varian products strongly preferred.
- Preferred prior education and training experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated team player with strong organizational abilities.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
