The Builder team will focus on building and optimizing AI-powered workflows with AirOps, reducing
the workload on CX Builders and allowing them to handle customer relationships. This role requires
strong coding skills, LLM prompting expertise, and workflow automation experience.
Responsibilities:
● Build and optimize AI-driven workflows using AirOps.
● Implement LLM prompting techniques for content generation and automation.
● Work closely with the CX Team to translate strategy into technical implementations.
● Automate processes using workflow automation tools.
● Provide technical feedback to improve workflow efficiency and scalability.
● Debug and troubleshoot workflow issues, ensuring high reliability.
● Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript for workflow development and automation.
● Experience with LLMs and AI techniques, including prompt engineering and retrieval.
● Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
● Familiarity with workflow automation tools.
● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
● Experience working in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment.
● Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
