We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Marketing Manager for Australia and New Zealand to join our fast growing business. In this unique position, you will be driving the b2b marketing strategy and execution for Hivestack across the ANZ region. You’ll use your industry experience to define local marketing initiatives that accelerate revenue growth in the region and contribute to the Global Marketing Team objectives.

In this exciting role, reporting to the Director of Marketing, APAC, you will be responsible for bringing the Hivestack brand to life across the ANZ market, connecting agencies, brands and media owners with the core of our business - the power of programmatic DOOH.  

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Working closely with the Director of Marketing, APAC, you will develop and manage the go-to-market strategy and execution for ANZ marketing initiatives
  • Manage and deliver against the annual budget set for the region
  • Lead the development, management and creation of high impact client and partner experiences and brand awareness initiatives in market; including industry trade events, sponsorships, proprietary events, client touchpoints and thought leadership.
  • You will be responsible for localising key global marketing materials, collateral and positioning, creating bespoke opportunities and narratives for the ANZ region.
  • Supporting the ANZ Sales teams, this role will help drive in-market awareness for advertisers, agencies, media owners, data partners and industry stakeholders about Hivestack’s suite of solutions and services.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ of B2B marketing experience and a proven track record of successfully planning, executing and measuring marketing campaigns and ROI 
  • Must have experience working for a digital media or AdTech company, additional programmatic experience would be a big advantage
  • Strong understanding of media and technology landscape in ANZ
  • Experience managing events, sponsorships, driving thought leadership and creating bespoke content (blog posts, sales enablement, case studies)
  • Proficient across the full Microsoft Office suite, Google Workspace, Keynote and Asana (or similar products)
  • Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
  • Team player, passionate, collaborative and kind
  • Highly organised, self-motivated and great project management skills
  • University Degree or equivalent in marketing, media or digital
