Antwerpen Hyundai in Clarksville is looking for a Bi-Lingual Sales Associate, with a preference for Korean language skills. In this role, you will engage with customers in both English and Korean, helping them find the perfect vehicle while providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process. Your ability to communicate effectively in both languages will enhance the buying experience and build lasting relationships with our community.
Responsibilities- Assist customers in both English and Korean throughout the vehicle purchasing process
- Provide detailed information about vehicle features, pricing, and financing options
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current vehicle inventory and promotions
- Facilitate smooth communication between customers and dealership departments
- Assist with paperwork and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Fluency in Korean and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, especially in automotive sales
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Competitive wage from $33,000.00 to $100,000.00 +, paid bi-weekly. Your compensation scales with your performance.
