Annuity.org is seeking an experienced consultant to assist in building and structuring a robust Agent/IMO Partner Program. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the annuities industry, with over 10 years of experience in annuity production and distribution. This role requires a deep understanding of commission structures, agency operations, and the IMO model to design a program that aligns with Annuity.org's business goals and delivers exceptional value to partners.
Responsibilities:
- Develop the strategic framework for Annuity.org's Agent/IMO Partner Program, including commission structures, partnership terms, and growth strategies.
- Provide expert insights into annuity production and distribution best practices to optimize program design.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the program integrates seamlessly with existing lead-generation and qualification processes.
- Advise on recruitment and onboarding strategies for agent and IMO partners.
- Identify opportunities to differentiate Annuity.org’s program from competitors to attract top-tier partners.
- Support the development of reporting and analytics to monitor program success and partner performance.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in annuities, including production, distribution, and sales.
- Expertise in commission structures and the agency/IMO business model.
- Strong understanding of the annuity marketplace and competitive landscape.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
