Overview of The Role:
We are looking for a Middle Android Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of a large production Android application
What You'll Do:
- Develop and maintain Android features using Kotlin
- Build new UI using Jetpack Compose and support existing XML screens
- Work with ViewModels, StateFlow, LiveData, and UI state management
- Integrate REST APIs using Retrofit and OkHttp
- Maintain features that currently use RxJava and assist with gradual modernization
- Diagnose bugs and improve application performance and stability
- Write unit tests and contribute to improving test coverage
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
- Collaborate with backend developers, QA engineers, designers, and product managers
- Support application releases and resolve production issues
What You'll Bring:
- At least 2–3 years of Android development experience
- Strong knowledge of Kotlin
- Good understanding of the Android SDK and application lifecycle
- Practical experience with Jetpack Compose
- Experience maintaining XML layouts, Fragments, and View Binding
- Knowledge of MVVM and Clean Architecture principles
- Experience with Coroutines, Flow, and StateFlow
- Experience with Retrofit, OkHttp, and REST APIs
- Familiarity with RxJava
- Experience with Navigation Component
- Understanding of dependency injection
- Experience with Git and collaborative development
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Experience with unit testing and mocking
- Good debugging and problem-solving skills
