Monogram is the first platform that lets LLMs control the entire user experience. By combining voice with UI generated on the fly, we create an experience that’s far more powerful and engaging than a chatbot. We believe this paradigm will redefine how software is built.
This user experience is consistent, as if a single designer crafted entire flows, hundreds of thousands of different interfaces, just for you, just for what you are trying to do at a moment in time, "on the fly", in just 1 or 2 seconds.

What You’ll Work OnYou will create the building blocks for Monogram's User Interface.
Including:
Build the interfaces and components that power Monogram’s AI-native app
Build state of the art transitions and animations to bring the app to life
Create a core navigation and architecture for our Android app
Craft elegant, pixel perfect and beautiful interfaces
Work hand in hand with engineers and designers
You’re curious and excited to explore new design paradigms enabled by AI
You can operate with ambiguity and thrive in a startup environment
You can build quickly and iteratively
You care deeply about pixel-perfect execution, motion design, and high-fidelity animations
You’ve built native Android apps or features that you’re proud of and eager to showcase
You’re fluent in Kotlin and have deep experience with the Android ecosystem, including Jetpack Compose and the Android View system
You have a strong understanding of modern client-server networking patterns and technologies, including WebSockets and gRPC
