Android Developer

ABOUT YOU:

We are searching for a driven Android Developer who will play a pivotal role in turning digital concepts into reality. In this position, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, testing, developing, and maintaining prime software experiences. 

Are you highly motivated, self-driven, and capable of tackling ambitious product development goals? Our objective is to ensure seamless interoperability between applications and platform services, with a strong emphasis on scalability, resilience, accuracy, and reliability. We are looking for individuals who share our focus and dedication. The first three months will require full-time office presence, after which the position will allow for a flexible schedule with 2-3 days per week in the office.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Designing, developing, testing, maintaining, and deploying Mobile applications targeting Android

Developing and implementing user interface components by following well-known Android workflows and practices

Communicating with product and engineering leads to implementing business and project objectives

Code review of team members' commits as part of the CI/CD cycle

YOU ARE A GREAT FIT IF YOU BRING THE FOLLOWING:

• 4+ years of experience in developing and delivering Android-based apps
• Proficiency in Android framework architecture; nice to have React Native knowledge
• Strong understanding of OOP/SOLID principles and familiarity with basic Design Patterns
• Strong understanding of and experience with Git version control
• Experience in integrating RESTful APIs (experience with Retrofit is a plus)
• Experience with native Android development and React Native 
• Experience in CI/CD processes is beneficial
• Experience with Unity it's a plus
