Job Description
- Develop and maintain high-quality Android applications, ensuring a smooth and responsive user experience.
- Collaborate with design and product teams to implement user interfaces, and create and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java/Kotlin code.
- Identify improvements and bugs, and develop solutions for these issues.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
- Optimize application performance for mobile devices, including memory management and battery consumption.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to set up CI/CD pipelines and ensure continuous delivery of new features.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering
- Over 2 years of professional experience
- Experience in developing native Android applications
- Proficiency with various versions of the Android SDK
- Implement robust architectures using MVVM and Clean Architecture patterns
- Experience in developing applications for Android payment terminals using Java/Kotlin
- Familiarity with developing applications that integrate RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of Android SDK, AIDL, and other IPC mechanisms
- Experience in API and service integration
- Autonomy and sense of responsibility
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in English
Valued Skills:
- Experience in embedded software development is an advantage
- Familiarity with animations, transitions, and other UI/UX techniques to enhance user experience
- Knowledge and experience in Security and Data Encryption
- Experience in development using git workflow
