KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

• 10+ years of experience in implementation and support for SAP experience in BW HANA, BTP, SAP S4/HANA, DataSphere and SAP SAC.

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in configuring and customizing SAP DataSphere systems for solution builds. Should have successfully executed atleast one end-to-end implementation in DataSphere and play vital role in supporting the solution.

• Proficient in delivering the complete lifecycle of SAP analytics solutions (Discovery, Prepare, Design, Build, Deploy, and Support).

• Skilled in enabling and developing full load and delta load from SAP S/4HANA to DataSphere.

• Expertise in designing and developing data extraction, replication, and virtualization of tables, including the creation of graphical and SQL views in DataSphere.

• Proficient in designing, developing, and maintaining data models within SAP DataSphere.

• Lead the implementation and maintenance of SAP Analytics Cloud solutions to meet business requirements and drive organizational goals.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather analytics requirements and translate them into SAC dashboards, stories, and reports.

• Design and develop SAC models, data connections, and data visualizations to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

• Lead the integration of SAC with other SAP and non-SAP systems to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards in SAC development.

• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in SAC, data analytics, and machine learning, and identify opportunities to enhance our analytics capabilities.

• Drive innovation by exploring and implementing advanced analytics techniques, including data sphere and artificial intelligence/machine learning (AI/ML) algorithms, within SAP Analytics Cloud.

• Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities for SAC-driven process improvements and optimization.

• Experienced in working with DataSphere models and use them to build dashboards in SAC

• Should demonstrate the Self-Service capability in SAC

• Should have successfully integrated JustAsk functionality in SAC with SAP and Non-SAP sources

• Experienced in SAC Planning Models and FPA. Able to demonstrate the architect, implement and support the capabilities

• Exposure to real time use of SAP Analytics Cloud Widgets such as Smart Discovery, Smart Insight, and Smart Predictive.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Working in SAP Analytics Cloud implementation and administration is plus.

• Extensive hands-on experience with SAC features such as data modeling, storyboards, predictive analytics, and planning.

• 2+ years of experience in SAP DataSphere with a proven track record of successful project delivery. 

• Proficiency in SAP HANA and other SAP analytics tools is a plus. 

• Strong understanding of data modelling, analytics, best practices and techniques. 

• Experience with data sphere and AI/ML technologies is highly desirable. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Ability to provide clear communication to senior management on issue identification and resolution. 

• Leverage business knowledge and understanding to translate complex business analysis and reporting requirements into technical designs. 

• Must be able to organize and schedule work effectively. 

• Must be able to work independently with a high degree of self-motivation, commitment, and integrity. 

• Oral/Written fluency in Other Non-English languages
