As a Senior Digital Innovation Specialist, you will join the Digital Innovation team within Nokia Internal Audit and report to the Head of IA Digital Transformation. The team drives the digital transformation of the Internal Audit function by developing AI-enabled solutions, intelligent agents, data products, and automation platforms that enhance audit effectiveness, increase efficiency, and strengthen control monitoring.

In this role, you will design, build, and deploy innovative AI and automation solutions that support auditors throughout the audit lifecycle. You will work across Azure services, modern development platforms, and enterprise data ecosystems to transform ideas into scalable business applications.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled applications, intelligent agents, and automation solutions that support Internal Audit activities.
  • Build and maintain solutions on Microsoft Azure, leveraging cloud-native services and modern application architectures.
  • Develop backend services, APIs, workflows, and integrations using Python and related technologies.
  • Support the implementation of agentic AI solutions and their integration with enterprise platforms.
  • Design and maintain data pipelines and data engineering processes that enable AI, analytics, and automation use cases.
  • Manage source control, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes using Azure DevOps and modern DevOps practices.
  • Collaborate with auditors and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions.
  • Ensure security, privacy, governance, and compliance requirements are embedded throughout the solution lifecycle.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to enhance audit processes through automation and intelligence.
  • Contribute to architecture decisions, technical standards, and best practices across the Digital Innovation team.
  • Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in software development, solution engineering, or digital product development.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience developing production-grade applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, including application hosting, data services, security, and AI capabilities.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, source control, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.
  • Experience building APIs, integrations, and automation solutions within enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with large language models, AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or generative AI technologies.
  • Knowledge of data engineering concepts, including data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work on complex technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple initiatives, and deliver solutions in a fast-changing environment.
  • Passion for emerging technologies, innovation, and continuous learning.
