As an Analytics Solutions Manager- Vice President within our analytics organization, you will lead cross-site planning and execution, training and support models, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Responsibilities 

  • Cross‑site planning and execution: Operate joint planning, reviews, and stand‑ups; publish weekly status with risks/mitigations. 
  • Training and support model: Contribute actively to the development and execution of the end‑user training/service model.
  • Cycle‑time baseline and improvement: Reduce cycle times in process and production vs BAU. 
  • Governance and standards enforcement: Audit adherence to DUC, RBAC/ABAC, release/change controls, and documentation cadence. 
  • Data migration and automation sprints: Participate in the phased migrations to Databricks and the development and enhancement of automated dashboards; oversee decommissioning. 
  • Communications and executive engagement: Deliver concise, data‑driven updates; represent the site in forums.  
  • Talent and capacity management: Recruit/onboard/upskill; optimize capacity to meet program OKRs. 
  • Incident/change/release management: Lead triage/post‑incident reviews; enforce release gates and rollback readiness. 
  • Continuous improvement: Run retrospectives and backlog refinements. 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

  • Minimum 10 years in technology programs/operations; minimum 5 years in a leadership role
  • Experience coordinating global programs and executive stakeholder engagement
  • Background in cloud data/lakehouse delivery (Databricks), reporting automation, governance/compliance
  • Excellence in risk management, standards enforcement, Agile delivery, and people leadership
  • Strong communication, organization, and decision‑making skills


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

  • Familiarity with BI platforms (ThoughtSpot/Tableau/Sigma), NLQ pilots, and LLM‑assisted documentation and dashboards
  • Experience establishing support SLAs, runbooks, and operating playbooks

Our Consumer & Community Banking division serves our Chase customers through a range of financial services, including personal banking, credit cards, mortgages, auto financing, investment advice, small business loans and payment processing. The CCB Data & Analytics team responsibly leverages data across Chase to build competitive advantages for the businesses while providing value and protection for customers. The team encompasses a variety of disciplines from data governance and strategy to reporting, data science and machine learning. We have a strong partnership with Technology, which provides cutting edge data and analytics infrastructure. The team powers Chase with insights to create the best customer and business outcomes.
