As an Analytics Solutions Senior Associate within JPMorganChase, you solve high-visibility problems with data, end to end.
Job responsibilities- Lead end-to-end analytics and data solution delivery from problem definition through implementation and stakeholder readouts
- Elicit and document business requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications and solution scope
- Mine, analyze, and synthesize large datasets to produce insights, recommendations, and decision-ready outputs
- Develop and maintain datasets/pipelines by querying enterprise data sources using appropriate tools and languages
- Manage project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies; communicate progress and escalate issues when needed
- Coordinate across cross-functional partners (e.g., technology, data science, legal, and other support teams) to deliver outcomes
- Ensure quality standards for analysis, documentation, and controls are met throughout delivery
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., MIS, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Business) or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (e.g., analytics, marketing, finance, risk, or consulting-oriented problem solving)
- Hands-on experience with SQL and at least one analytics/programming tool (e.g., SAS, Python, Alteryx, Databricks, ThoughtSpot, UiPath) or willingness to learn
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business problems and translate insights into practical recommendations
- Strong project management skills with experience coordinating deliverables across multiple stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting to senior audiences
- Collaborative, inclusive working style with strong relationship-building and influence skills
- Experience working with both relational and unstructured data in enterprise environments
- Familiarity with modern data/cloud ecosystems and scalable analytics patterns
- Experience building repeatable reporting/measurement frameworks and executive-ready dashboards
- Experience operating in agile delivery environments and continuous change
