At IZO, we are looking for an Analytics Sales Account Manager, highly motivated and results-oriented, to lead the consultative sales of our analytics, omnichannel, and technology solutions. This role will help us manage customer needs through multiple solutions that generate valuable insights from massive customer data analysis. The goal is to identify behavior patterns, habits, and trends to support informed decision-making and establish a consistent and effective presence across multiple channels, enhancing both customer satisfaction and business profitability.
Requirements
What do we expect from you?
- Become a product and market expert in Monitoring, Analytics, Omnichannel, and various technologies within the Customer and Employee Experience Consulting field.
- Lead consultative conversations with leads and potential clients.
- Develop commercial opportunities with existing and new clients, identifying those that align with the company’s strategic interests.
What skills or knowledge do you need?
Technical and Market Knowledge:
- Experience in monitoring (preferably in CX-related areas).
- Understanding of key metrics: NPS, CSAT, CES, SLA, uptime, anomaly detection.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights for clients.
- Ideally, knowledge of AI solutions for monitoring (predictive analytics, machine learning, automation).
Commercial and Consultative Skills:
- Consultative sales: Ability to sell value rather than just products.
- Key account management: Experience maintaining relationships with strategic clients.
- Ability to manage complex B2B sales cycles, particularly in banking, retail, insurance, and telecommunications.
- Strong collaboration with internal teams (operations, product, technology).
- Proficiency in CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Clear and persuasive communication, focused on solving client challenges.
Experience and Background:
- Experience in monitoring or CX-related companies.
- Managing high-value B2B clients in complex markets.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and analytical methodologies.
- Professional-level English: Must be confident speaking with clients in English. Language proficiency tests will be conducted during the selection process.
