About the Role
Seekho is hiring a Program Manager, Business Intelligence with a strong analytical mindset to drive data-driven strategies that enhance retention and revenue. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the VP of Growth to manage BI programs and deliver actionable insights that influence key product, marketing, and leadership decisions. You’ll leverage your analytical expertise to design, implement, and monitor BI programs while ensuring your insights are used to shape strategic initiatives. This is a highly visible, high-impact position, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Key Mandates
- Develop and manage BI programs, including building and maintaining dashboards to track user cohorts, LTV, funnel drop-offs, and retention.
- Analyze A/B test results, quantify opportunities, and identify growth levers across Product and Marketing teams.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and present them to executives and leadership teams for strategic decision-making.
- Manage cross-functional BI initiatives to ensure that data insights drive product and business strategies.
- Own the end-to-end execution of BI projects, ensuring timely delivery of insights that impact key decisions and drive growth.
Requirements
The Profile We Need
- 4+ years of experience in analytics, program management, or strategy roles, with a focus on Business Intelligence.
- Or a strong STEM graduate with significant project or internship experience in Business Intelligence, analytics, or program management.
- Expertise in SQL and Excel is essential; familiarity with Python/R and BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
- Strong program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple BI initiatives and deliver results.
- A curious, detail-oriented problem-solver who can simplify complex data into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
