s an Analytics Manager on the Offers & Shopping (O&S) Analytics Team, You'll drive business progress through rigorous analyses and the build of scalable tools for decision making. You'll have the unique opportunity as an experienced practitioner in analytics and data science to manage teams executing against high priority, high value workstreams in support of Offers & Shopping.
Job Responsibilities
- Own strategic roadmap for key O&S Data & Analytics workstreams and partner with multiple stakeholders across the org to deliver it
- Define objectives and develop data-driven solutions for complex business challenges.
- Perform descriptive, diagnostic, and inferential analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable business insights
- Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards & automated reporting tools to facilitate decision making for business partners
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify and quantify drivers of business performance and recommend actions to improve KPIs
- Build analytical frameworks to support strategic and complex business priorities
- Manage a team of junior analysts and associates
Required Qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, business strategy, or related fields
- Solid proficiency in statistics, data science, and machine learning combined with hands on coding ability (SQL and Python) for data wrangling, analyses, and modeling
- Proven ability to connect data to business strategies and deliver results that drive measurable impact
- Exceptional critical thinking, analytical, and communication skills to drive workstreams with technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Snowflake) for large scale data processing
- Experience deploying and monitoring dashboards / models / self service tools in a production environment
- Background in retail media networks or e-commerce is a plus
