We’re looking for an Analytics Infrastructure Manager to join our Business Insights and Intelligence (BII) team to help us unleash the potential of every business.

About the team

The Business Insights & Intelligence (BII) team within Finance transforms data into actionable insights that drive better business decisions. BII empowers Worldpay’s channels and functions to understand their performance, identify trends and make informed strategic choices. The team partners its stakeholders under three specialist pillars and is committed to reducing time to insight, improving quality, increasing coverage and delivering impactfully.

What you’ll own

  • Developing and mentoring a high-performing team of analysts within the Servicing & Operations BII pillar, fostering a collaborative culture

  • Delivering a suite of initiatives and projects that optimize infrastructure, leverage latest technologies and improve the user experience

  • Overseeing the development and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to track key performance indicators and identify trends

  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their needs, communicate insights and ensure that BI solutions are relevant and impactful

  • Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability through established data governance policies and procedures

  • Identifying opportunities to enhance BI capabilities, optimize processes, and improve the overall value of BI solutions

  • Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and analytics

  • Working tightly with Worldpay Technology to ensure that BI solutions are integrated with other business systems and that data infrastructure is robust and scalable.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analysis, or a related field

  • 7+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting in a corporate environment

  • Previous experience leading a team of individual contributors

  • Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries to extract and analyze data from relational databases (Snowflake preferable)

  • Strong background in visual storytelling with talented skills in transforming complex datasets into engaging visual formats; Tableau & PowerBI

  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, functions and analysis

  • Experience with data warehousing principles, DAG and ETL processes

  • Good knowledge of statistical concepts and methodologies to support data-driven insights

  • Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to non-technical stakeholders

  • Experience working with large datasets and knowledge of database management systems

Added Bonus if you have:

  • Knowledge of the Payments industry.

  • Familiarity with Tableau Server is a plus.
