We’re looking for incredible minds and hearts to join us. Come be Artefact!
What you will be doing:
You will join our Analytics Engineering team, working at the intersection of data, technology, and business strategy. Our Analytics Engineers are not only dashboard developers — they are end-to-end analytical product owners who shape how data becomes decisions for our clients.
- Innovate - You will work with your team, made up of Data Consultants, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers — to identify client needs and define innovative solutions.
- Learn and Share - You will be part of a collaborative team that encourages knowledge sharing. You’ll learn from others, share your own expertise, and stay up to date with industry trends and developments
- Actively contribute to the overall knowledge and capabilities of whole Artefact
- Lead analyses, interpret requirements, and translate the needs of different business areas into data-driven solution
- Data Product Delivery: Design, build, and manage analytical products from discovery to delivery: map KPIs, create wireframes and mockups, implement dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, and build semantic models that serve as a reliable source of truth for the business.
- Data Pipelines & Engineering: Design and implement data transformation layers (Bronze/Silver/Gold / medallion architecture) using SQL, Python, dbt, or similar tools, depending on the client Data Stack. Implement data quality checks, automated tests, and metadata management practices.
- UI/UX & Data Storytelling: Translate analytical outputs into clear, compelling narratives for executive and/or operational audiences. Create wireframes and prototypes that guide dashboard design and ensure that data products are intuitive and decision-ready.
- Tech-to-Business Translation: Work with clients and internal stakeholders from the earliest stages of a project: lead discovery sessions, map business questions into KPI logic, evaluate data availability, and define the right analytical architecture before a single line of code is written.
- Innovation with AI: Leverage AI-assisted tools (e.g., Coding Agents, MCP-integrated assistants) to improve your productivity in SQL writing, documentation, and exploratory analysis. Contribute to internal initiatives that push the boundaries of what Analytics Engineering can deliver.
What we’re looking for:
- A degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Curiosity: You’re always looking for innovative solutions for your clients. You’re involved in the entire value chain.
- Collaboration: Knowledge sharing is essential to you, and you actively contribute to spreading information within Artefact.
- Entrepreneurship: You bring solutions, new ideas, and innovations to the table.
- Fluent English: You are comfortable communicating in English, as it is essential for working in our international environment.
What We Offer:
- Meal/Transportation Allowance (VR/VT)
- Free Office (work from home or anywhere you want!)
- Gympass
- Insurance: Life, Health, and Dental
- Bi-monthly Meetings (our “Get Together” where we meet to be together, with workshops, lectures, training, and a happy hour!)
- Woba (you can book coworking spaces anywhere you want!)
- Semi-annual evaluations (with opportunities for promotion)
