  • Develop dashboard visualizations and reports to communicate key insights to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Conduct A/B testing, attribution modeling, and media mix analysis to refine marketing investments.
  • Monitor and optimize lead generation, conversion rates, and customer retention strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership

  • Act as a trusted advisor to internal teams and clients, translating data insights into strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, media, content, and product teams to ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead a team of data analysts and marketing scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
  • Work closely with technology teams to enhance data infrastructure, automation, and AI-driven analytics capabilities.

Innovation & Emerging Technologies

  • Stay ahead of emerging analytics trends, AI applications, and advanced statistical methodologies.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate AI-driven insights, automation, and machine learning models into marketing strategies.
  • Develop and refine best practices for data storytelling, visualization, and executive reporting.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or marketing analytics, with a focus on healthcare, pharma, or life sciences.
  • Proven leadership experience in developing and executing analytics strategies.
  • Strong background in predictive modeling, machine learning, and marketing performance measurement.

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Expertise in SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or other data analytics tools.
  • Expertise in analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Looker Studio).
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, HubSpot) and CRM integrations.
  • Strong understanding of digital analytics, media performance metrics, and data attribution models.
  • Experience with claims data, patient-level data, and promotional effectiveness modeling is a plus.

Soft Skills & Leadership

  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and drive process improvements.
  • Leadership experience in mentoring and developing data teams.
