Analytics & Automation Intern (RevOps)

About the role:

As an Analytics & Automation Intern (RevOps) at Workwize, you’ll join our new Revenue Operations team — a cross-functional team working closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. You’ll build dashboards and data models and design automation and AI workflows that turn commercial data into action. This internship is a unique chance to experience the fast-paced life of a growing startup while building impactful projects from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting & Dashboards

  Build and maintain self-serve dashboards and standardized reports for commercial teams (e.g., pipeline health, funnel conversion, cohort retention, campaign ROI).

• Data Models & Pipelines

  Design and maintain scalable data models and ETL pipelines; define metrics, document logic, and uphold data quality.

• Automation & AI Workflows

  Implement workflow automation and LLM-powered use cases (evaluations, summaries, enrishments) to reduce manual effort.

• Ad-hoc Analyses

  Translate business questions into analyses; synthesize insights and clear recommendations for stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Prior internship in a data/analytics role or a strong track record of software/data projects outside of class.
• Currently pursuing a Master’s or final-year Bachelor’s in Computer Science or another STEM field.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech stack (core): SQL, Tableau (or other BI), Python or JavaScript.
• Nice to have: REST APIs; LLMs & prompt engineering; workflow automation tools (e.g., n8n, relay.app).
