  • Identifier et résoudre les différends et les écarts de paiement en temps opportun.
  • Analyser et identifier les améliorations des systèmes et des processus en mettant l'accent sur l'excellence opérationnelle.
  • Interagir avec les intervenants internes et externes sur les questions de résolution.
  • Intégration de nouveaux clients.
  • Commandez des décharges tout en respectant notre politique de crédit.


Attributs et compétences :

  • Solides compétences analytiques, organisationnelles et de résolution de problèmes
  • Capacité d'établir des priorités et de gérer une charge de travail à volume important.
  • Compétences exceptionnelles en communication écrite et verbale
  • Solides compétences en négociation.
  • Maîtrise de MS Office, Excel fort (V-lookups, Formules, Pivots, etc.)
  • Capable d'établir et de maintenir des relations durables avec d'autres départements et partenaires commerciaux clés.

Études et expérience :

  • DEC ou DEP en comptabilité ou en finance.
  • Crédit Titre professionnel un plus.
  • Expérience dans les relations avec les principaux détaillants américains un plus.
  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire.

Position Overview:

The Credit and Collections Analyst will report to the AR/Credit Manager and be an integral part of the back-office Finance team with responsibilities covering the complete lifecycle of credit analysis, collections, reconciliations, and month-end procedures.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assess creditworthiness of existing or prospective clients.
  • Collections of past due AR & maintain the integrity of the accounts receivable base.
  • Identify and resolve payment disputes and discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Analyze and identify system and process improvements with a pronounced emphasis on operational excellence.
  • Interact with internal/external stakeholders on resolution matters.
  • Onboarding new customers.
  • Order Releases while adhering to our credit policy.


Attributes and Skills:

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage large volume workload.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, strong Excel (V-lookups, Formulas, Pivots, etc.)
  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with other departments & key business partners.

Education and Experience:

  • DEC or DEP in Accounting or Finance.
  • Credit Professional designation a plus.
  • Experience in dealing with major US retailers a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
