What You’ll Be Working On
- Deliver Analytics Reporting: Own the generation and delivery of comprehensive analytics reports for both website and email campaigns; providing actionable insights to be presented to stakeholders
- Support A/B Testing and Optimization: Assist in the design, implementation, and analysis of A/B tests to optimize website and email campaign performance.
- Campaign Tracking Code Ownership: Lead the creation and validation of tracking codes for various marketing campaigns to ensure accurate data collection and optimize tracking processes
- Website and Email Tag Implementation: Support tag requirements gathering, create documentation, and conduct UAT for Google and Adobe Analytics; mentor Associate Analysts on implementation best practices
- Document Key Resources: Maintain and enhance documentation for key resources, developing scalable templates and leveraging AI-assisted tools for efficiency in data dictionaries and reporting templates
- Manage Project Issue Trackers Oversee project issue trackers to proactively identify patterns in data issues and implement process improvements, and collaborate cross-functionally for timely resolution
- Monitor Alerts and Maintain Data Integrity: Create and monitor KPI alerts, lead root cause analysis for data anomalies, document and flag to affected teams, and support the identification and implementation of solutions to maintain data integrity
- Collaborate with Key Departments: Work closely with media, account, strategy, tech and product teams to investigate data trends and tagging issues and support strategic initiatives.
How You’ll Excel In Your Role
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, economics, statistics, data science, or another related field required
- 1+ years of experience with web analytics, Adobe Analytics (preferred) or Google Analytics 4
- 1+ years of experience with email analytics (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred)
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Confluence, Jira, or other project management tools
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
- Strong communication skills - able to translate technical tasks to a non-technical audience
- Detail oriented, organized, transparent, and reliable
- Highly values teamwork and collaboration
- Able to prioritize and juggle tasks efficiently
- Keep open lines of communication with all stakeholders
- Proactive and independent but knows when to escalate larger issues
- Resourceful - taps into all tools and resources available

The annual salary for this position is $71,000.00. The pay for this role is non-negotiable.
Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
