What you’ll do

As part of the DnA team you will be working along with business and technical stakeholders during different phases of the marketing campaign lifecycle. You'd be involved in day-to-day execution of various client requirements such as providing data-driven insights, campaign optimisations, custom reporting, and project delivery.

  • Own entire delivery for Core/Perform accounts: Ensure consistent and precise outputs with focus on quality insights and reporting.
  • Own campaign setup and automated campaign reporting activities
  • Active involvement in developing Presales/Pre-Campaign decks (including online Market Research) and seasonal proactive insights.
  • Execute on identified automation opportunities for DnA and market stakeholders to efficiently carry out repetitive tasks.
  • Scale and maintain existing automations (eg. Campaign Snapshot) to drive healthy adoption and reduce DnA efforts on standard insights.
  • Collaborate with Traders to identify campaign optimization opportunities and enhance campaign performance: utilize standardized solutions/products for Core accounts.
  • Identify silent testing opportunities for established proof of concepts.
  • Adhere to tech/operational best practices and project execution skills.
  • Function as a basic stakeholder for key Products to provide new feature testing, feature improvement and recommendations to improve MiQ product suite.
  • Contribute towards common DnA initiatives and collaborative knowledge sharing sessions.
  • Responsible for intern upskilling and providing guidance on MiQ datasets and products.

Who are your stakeholders?

As an analyst you are required to work with different stakeholders across the MiQ ecosystem:

 Programmatic Traders: As an analyst, you collaborate with traders to optimize campaigns. By leveraging your data analysis skills & understanding of the data landscape, you provide insights on audience targeting, ad performance, and bidding strategies. This helps traders make data-driven decisions, optimize their advertising campaigns, and improve overall campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Account Managers: You work closely with account managers to leverage the power of data partnerships. Through your analysis, you help uncover valuable insights about customer behavior, market trends, and campaign performance. This information allows account managers to create a compelling narrative, enhance engagement with advertisers, and showcase the effectiveness of MiQ's advertising solutions.

Sales Representatives: You will also be helping the sales team by creating insights based on the key market trends and events. Your analysis helps identify potential opportunities and develop a gripping sales narrative. Additionally, you assist in responding to Request for Proposals (RFPs) by providing data-driven insights and recommendations that help us in increasing the revenue streams.

Agencies & Clients: Your expertise in data analytics and data sciences is invaluable for agency and advertiser clients. By providing detailed analysis reports & solutions, you empower them to make informed decisions regarding their marketing strategies. Your insights will help clients optimize their advertising budgets, target the right audience, and maximize the effectiveness of their campaigns. Additionally, you promote MiQ's internal solutions and capabilities, showcasing MiQ's unique value proposition in the programmatic landscape.

In summary, as an analyst, you add value by providing data-driven insights and recommendations to traders, account managers, sales teams, and agency/advertiser clients that empowers MiQ and its stakeholders reach the right audience with right content at the right time.

What you’ll bring  

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent quantitative field (such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics)
  • 1+ years’ experience in the analytics domain
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and SQL/Hive/Presto
  • Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis.
  • Working knowledge of Python/R
  • Knowledge of Big Data processing tools like Qubole/Databricks/Spark
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing on day-to-day deliverables
  • Work collaboratively with peers and business/technical teams
  • Focus on timely execution and quality of delivery with an attitude to excel.
  • Passionate for data analysis, continuous learning and professional development to keep up with the fast-paced environment.
