X/Celerant Consulting is seeking a Lead Analyst - Contractor to join our team. The Lead Analyst will be responsible for:

1) Leading short-term engagements, typically four to six weeks ling that leads to the sale of implementation projects

2) Leading and managing teams of various sizes depending on scope, including mix of full-time employees and contractors, in order to successfully delivery the outcomes of a typical Analysis. Scope could include Supply Chain or Operations processes, people and systems. 

3) Closing deals as a result of an Analysis, including navigating the client decision making process, involving and interacting with decision maker and influencers, and overseeing and preparing contracts

4) Providing the Delivery teams with a solid foundation that will ensure delivery success

5) Specific success metrics, including conversion rate of Analyses to Projects

6) Assisting with sales pursuits, including, but not limited to sales meetings attendance where demonstration of expertise in selected areas, assisting in responses to Requests for Proposals, and conducting short engagements, Scopings, designed to frame a client's problem statement, plan and sell an Analysis, develop initial client relationships and demonstrate credibility.

Requirements

1) At least 15 years of experience in business and leadership

2) Management consulting experience, with focus on performance improvement and Operations

3) Demonstrable experience on targeting and selling through networking

4) Master's degree required, preferably MBA

5) Excellent analytical and research skills, attention to details, intellectual rigor

6) Excellent communication and listening skills

7) Excellent business and commercial acumen and ability to relate to c-suite concerns

8) Able to work in the US and Canada without sponsorship.
