ROLE

As an Analyst within Alira Health’s Management Consulting Division, you will contribute to client engagements at the intersection of life sciences and strategy. Working as part of a project team, you will support engagements spanning market and opportunity assessments, portfolio and indication prioritizations, commercial due diligences, and corporate and growth strategy projects. Your core contribution will involve conducting rigorous analyses, generating structured insights, and supporting the development of actionable strategic recommendations for clients.


KEY RESPONSABILITIES 

  • Conduct market assessments, competitive benchmarking, and evaluation of clinical and commercial opportunities leveraging scientific publications, clinical guidelines, syndicated databases, regulatory documentation, industry reports, and other relevant sources.
  • Synthesize information from multiple sources, including primary interviews with clinicians, market access experts, and industry leaders, into clear, structured insights for project teams.
  • Support the development of high-quality client deliverables, including presentations, strategic documents, Excel models, and other materials summarizing key analyses and recommendations.
  • Develop project-specific expertise across Biotech, Pharma, MedTech.

DESIRED QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with an excellent academic record in Business, Economics, Finance, or Life Sciences (e.g., Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering).
  • Previous experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Consulting is considered a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a structured approach to synthesizing information from multiple sources and translating insights into actionable outputs.
  • Ability to develop high-quality work products, including PowerPoint presentations, Excel models, and other written deliverables.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to quality-check documents for graphical, data, and content consistency.
  • Ability to learn quickly and build expertise across new scientific, clinical, and commercial topics.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within multicultural and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are considered a plus.
